Earlier this year, the TL HP team was asked to create the worldwide retail experience for HP ePrint. First, what’s ePrint? In a nutshell, it’s the ability to print in the moment from your smartphone or tablet no matter where you are in the world. Cool idea. But a big challenge. Why? Because consumers didn’t immediately see the difference between wireless printing and ePrint technology and didn’t grasp how innovative this new technology truly is. To solve for this, we developed contextually relevant use cases for both the general consumer as well as small and medium business targets that showed how HP’s ePrint technology allowed them to “print from virtually anywhere,” at any time, truly making their lives easier. The resulting global toolkit will be activated in mom-and-pop operations and big-box retailers all over the world.
